Before enrollment
Confirm an available space, the age group served, the schedule, tuition, and the academy’s opening status directly with Arbay. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee enrollment.
Prepare your family information
Be ready to discuss parent contacts, emergency contacts, authorized pickup adults, allergies or care needs, and the documents requested by the academy. Share sensitive child details only through an authorized, private channel.
After your place is confirmed
Once a place is confirmed, the administrator creates your child’s profile and sends a private parent-portal invitation to your email. You’ll set your own password. Your family can then view authorized attendance, reports, photos, messages, and billing records.
